Hospitality Marketing and Sales Management

Program Description

The Hospitality Marketing and Sales Certificate Program focuses on teaching the students and preparing them for the Marketing and Sales elements of the Hospitality products including guest rooms, banquet/meeting rooms and food functions.


Students learn firsthand how to develop and execute a marketing plan, exercise market segmentation drills and how to conduct a successful selling process, students learn all the different aspects of the hospitality industry selling function and the departments that form an integral part of the marketing and sales; Destination Marketing and Development to develop and market a tourism destination, to the Food & Beverage Operations, Marketing & Sales of the hospitality products and Convention Management & Service.
