Dorset’s PGSA program is a unique academic pathway designed to support students in progressing toward a bachelor’s or master’s Degree at one of our reputable Canadian partner universities. Through this program, students may be eligible to receive credit recognition for completed coursework. Dorset College also offers the English as a Second Language Program to equip students with the skills necessary for success in English-speaking universities and professional environments.

What is PTIB/ PTIRU?
In British Columbia, private institutions that have been reviewed by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB/ PTIRU) and have succeeded in meeting the requirements of the PTIB/ PTIRU may be referred to as “designated institutions”. The Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB/ PTIRU) operates under the authority of the Province of British Columbia, Ministry of Advanced Education.
